Micro financing

The accessibility to the money lenders usually restricted to the big business men, corporates and the educated people, property holders. There is a huge slice of the community who can invest as well this money but they don't have the above privileges to benefit from and to benefit the society.

Micro finance is simply targeting these people. It will lend them very small amounts of money like probably 100 USD to start very small projects. There are billions of people in this world who can initiate small projects out of this money. Street merchant , tiny shop, or even house wife who would like to have sewing machine. We can turn them from street beggers or dependents to productive persons in the society and value makers and independents.

Micro-financing could open the cash flow to new levels and raise the level of the poor to reasonable and accepted economic level. It was experimented successfully in Bangladesh and it has proven that it is effective and practical way to transfer great part of the society from deep poverty to accepted level.

In Egypt we have dependent wives, widows or uneducated persons who can be turned to productive persons by just lending them sewing machine, or chicken raising or any of these small business, there are thousands of ideas and works can be done by this category and it needs the minimum level of follow-up and supervision to ensure the streaming of the business.

Micro financing needs complete structure of several elements to produce its fruits;

1) As a passive and aliened people in the society we need to approach them and encourage them with zero risk projects.

2) Close monitoring and supervision in the start till they prove their responsible independence.

3) Giving them chance to be supplier from wherever they are , for a big machinery market.

4) Leading examples from the same category ( village women, illiterate men, ex-homeless..).

5) Growing their business by the time.

6) Plain and simple communication way. Don't ask the village worker about the expected ROI (return on investment if you don't know).

I'm pretty sure that I can prove mathematically that circulating the saving in this category can be profitable like or probably more than some of the big projects.

Innovation ..is it adventure?

encouragement of innovations needs adventurous business managers who can take the initiative, who has the vision, who can believe and appreciate the employees based on not only their productivity but their creativity as well and turn this creativity to productive products in the continuous improvement of the process and the value added process.

There is risk associated with the new innovation that it may mis-shot the financial objective particularly it needs potential investment but there is best practice ways to mitigate these risks without damping the new ideas all the time because of this risk fear.

remember always no risk no reward.

Innovation based business

Companies and organizations are talking so much about the value of ideas and innovations. However there are few organization and companies all over the world who are really appreciating the value of the innovative community and encouraging and healthy atmosphere and business environment for the creativity and innovation.

The innovation is beyond only dedicating budget for R&D. Innovation and creativity could be the norm and the attitude of the whole organization by creating think and new ideas tank and creating complete system who is pushing the creativity up to the limit and offsetting the organization from the very traditional model.

This requires complete sets of elements to be in place to convert the business environment to fertile and breeding soil for the new ideas to grow and to mature and to be profitable.

Each commercial product was an idea. This idea has found someone to support and fund it till it has grown to the mature stage.

The innovation can be between just new creative bit of idea which can save couple of minutes in doing repeatable process to breakthrough invention or game changing product. What it is , it has be appreciated. People has resistance to believe in the value of the new ideas and the first reactions always is questioning the value of it. This kills many ideas in the embryonic stage. Ideas need chance to grow to at least the prototype stage.

Writing my scientific notes

Writing my notes on the scientific information and my conclusions from my thinking about them has created passion to understand to solve the scientific puzzles and to understand more the nature.

I'm collecting bit by bit and piece by piece now the facts and the new discovered facts about the world to understand it.

Always in thinking mode and continuous mission to understand the world.

Either thinking about Science or Receiving science

This will be my life in each single second, either thinking about scientific information I received before and exploring things out of it and exploring deeper and deeper into its worlds or receiving new scientific information.

So if I'm driving the car, or in the elevator, or walking, I'm thinking about scientific information to comprehend it and digest it and explore new information out of it.

In-depth handling of each single task of my life

I'm growing this habit very deeply in my personality. To scrutinize and examine deeply each single task in my life and taking it highly seriously.

So whatever I'm doing I need to understand it very well and to comprehend whatever I'm doing and getting into the tiny details of it.

This is totally offsetting me from my previous way for dealing and handling things in my life. I was saving my thinking power claiming that it doesn't deserve my serious thinking and it was becoming habit that whatever I'm doing and I don't have full energy and full seriousness about that and this was reflected on my attitude that I'm careless or this is the maximum I can deliver.

I was always in the energy saving mode. now I need to explore my power and utilize fully my power in whatever I'm doing and getting fully into whatever I'm doing and never ever be lazy in what are you doing.

Passion for science

I've deep passion for science and technology. How can I grow it and ignite it. Don't let it fade away by time or distracted by others. Put the all determination and effort to protect and grow it and enforce the course of your life to mature and grow it and protect it. It is a gift and talent which can produce immense and huge achievements in your life if you managed to keep it evolving by the time.

Definitely I'm not in the right place to do that and I need to join more appreciating environment for this spirit and more fertile soil for my gifted passion.
