Youtube edu initiative of collecting hundreds of universities courses in one portal and Khan Academy in addition to many other initiatives are really opening wide gate for changing the education from paid education to limited category to open education culture where the information, knowledge and science is free for everyone and we will pay for something else. The number of the educated and smart people will definitely increase exponentially.
I will contribute someday to this noble goal. I 'm thinking about establishing online educational academy for the earth sciences where my domain is related to. It is one of the most closed knowledge domains because the challenging subjects and the expensive courses related to it.
I wish it will be the first education portal for each geoscientist, petroleum engineer, earth science student.
Now I'm accumulating the knowledge piece by piece to be ready for this great and noble mission.
