CV Massaging

I think I have to massage my CV to fit more the requested job. Sometimes in the screening and verification and shortlisting stage, they are filtering CV's based on very solid criteria and very shallow/regid solid criteria. so the filtering is very blind process from HR and recruiting department.

I need to massage and fit for purpose and for all size CV.

one for exploration another for development thrid for services.
