Avoid any causes behind distracting or deviating you from your good habits and don't go just with the stream. Resist these distractions and protect the good habits from diminishing and damping because of these distractions. Projection on myself; since one year ago I started to write my scientific notes and observations as a method to deeply think about any piece of information related to my work. I found out that it is very useful way to have deeper insight and in-depth understanding about what I'm dealing with.
So let's say that I read about a new tool in the wireline logging. I think about what I read during the way to home or the bathroom, lunch hour and ideas started to generate. once I reach a paper and pen and I start writing these ideas and so on. Whatever I'm reading or dealing with, I gave it some thinking and very deep thinking. This thinking is very precise where I think about the tiny tiny details. This has developed and matured so many ideas in my mind and improved my scientific understanding about so many subjects.
One of the main benefits of this habit was developing the intellectual and scientific curiosity.
So I developed in my self the desire to understand the science behind things and giving it deep thinking and consequently I started to find the beauty behind things when you go deeper and deeper. I was before so superficial and stopping at the very shallow levels without going deeper.
I will grow this habit where I do believe that this habit and this line can lead me to the superior position and it will give me glorious recognition someday if I managed to develop it and to grow it and find the way to grow it.
I will list the all good habits I started to have them and I will grow them.

- Intellectual curiosity.
- non benifit seeking knowledge (know to enjoy not to earn)
